ClientMint ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered website builder that generates professional websites from business descriptions. We are operated by ClientMint, operated by an individual based in Philadelphia, PA, USA and accessible at clientmint.co. Contact us at hello@clientmint.co.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use ClientMint. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The free plan allows you to generate 1 website and make up to 3 AI edits to preview the quality. Paid plans (Launch, Business, Agency) allow publishing, additional edits, and other features as described on our pricing page. Plan limits are enforced by the system and may not match marketing copy if you are on a legacy plan — the system is authoritative.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rates shown on our pricing page. Prices are displayed in USD and subject to change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
⚠️ Paid plans are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. Your card is charged automatically each month until you cancel from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You agree NOT to use ClientMint to create websites that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
ClientMint uses AI to generate website content based on your business description. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring all generated content is accurate, appropriate, and lawful. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
You own the websites generated for you through our platform. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data about usage to improve our service.
ClientMint integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication and data storage), Pexels (stock photos and video), Anthropic (AI generation — Claude), and Render (hosting). Your use of the service means your data passes through these providers. We do not sell your data to advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The ClientMint platform, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without explicit permission.
Images and videos sourced from Pexels are licensed under the Pexels License. You may use these in your published websites but may not resell or redistribute the media files themselves.
ClientMint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold ClientMint harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
